Stress-Free Content Creation: Part 1

Content creation can sometimes feel a bit like running on a treadmill with only two speeds – that’s 0 to 100mph in 0.3 seconds. Because no sooner have you panic-posted on all your platforms and customer touch points one day, than the next day rolls ’round and you’re once more scratching around for new ideas.

Now I’m a massive fan of winging it on occasion, because those on-the-hoof posts can be total content gold, but when you constantly wing your content creation it either becomes the utter bane of your life (and still doesn’t yield the results you need), or you get so stressed with it all, that you fall off the face of cyber space completely.

But it doesn’t have to be like that.

Here’s one of my best-kept secrets for you…

Even though I have never (and probably will never), sing solo in public, I am in fact a classically trained soprano.

That’s not to say I’m particularly good BTW, but I’m not outrageously bad either.

And yet back when I was first training for my exams as a teen, I hardly told a soul what I was doing, because if I did, they might actually ask me to sing for them.

And the fear of having my talent judged for something I did simply because I loved it, would totally and utterly ruin it for me.

And that’s just fine with me. Because quite frankly the world is none the poorer for missing out on my musical stylings, trust me.

Who’s Really Stolen Your Voice?

And it’s true.
